A customer brought in a Ksyrium 125 for service.

The front wheel had a slight centering issue and virtually no run-out,
but the spoke tension was way too low overall, so I tightened it up.
I've been working on Ksyrium 125s pretty frequently lately,
so I can spot individual variations right away.


So I tightened it up.
You can't really see it in the photo though.


The rear wheel was also slightly loose, so I tensioned it too,
though not as much as the front.
If that had been taken care of, the centering and run-out
would've been good enough to skip adjustment altogether.
Too bad about that.
