A customer brought in a Bora One for service.


The images are from after the work, but since it has internal nipples, if any adjustment is needed
the tubular tire has to be removed.
The front wheel had no runout at all, so if the rim had been centered,
there would have been nothing to do.
The rear wheel was more out of true than the front, so I ended up removing the tire on both wheels in the end.
The rear wheel had slightly low spoke tension, so
I first amplified the centering issue,
then carefully trued it while tightening the spokes properly.
