WH-9000-C24-CL Customer

Same wheel model as the one I just worked on, but a different case.

Both front and rear had about a sheet of paper's worth of center offset.
It's within manufacturer shipping standards, so not really a problem.
(Though I'll fix it anyway)

It's been about two years with no maintenance,
so the customer couldn't pinpoint what's wrong and just wanted me to take a look.
The runout was minor.
But the rear wheel spoke tension was noticeably slack,
so I've been tightening them up.
I did the same thing in the previous post,
but the amount of retensioning here was way more.
I had the customer feel the spokes before and after,
and there was a clear difference in tightness.
I think they'll probably notice it when they actually ride it.
Though there might be some placebo effect since they know beforehand that I retensioned them.
