A customer brought in a Racing Zero Night (high-end wheelset) for service.


Since higher-end wheels like the Bora One and Shamal Mille have been showing excellent precision lately, I figured this one would too. But you can't assume anything.
The front wheel had virtually no runout and was perfectly centered.
The rear wheel also had virtually no runout, so I thought both were spot-on... but when I checked with the gauge, there was a center offset that needed correction.
Overall it was excellent work, but you can't let your guard down.
