A customer dropped off a Racing Zero (high-end road bike) with me.


Just as the customer mentioned, the front wheel had some runout.
There was a slight wobble on both sides, but nothing too serious.
When a customer self-reports a symptom like this,
it sometimes means the issue is already beyond repair or right on the edge of it,
so I got a bit nervous and braced myself.

The rear wheel's rim was shifted toward the freewheel side,
so I had them let me tighten the non-freewheel side, which actually helped a lot.
