A customer dropped off an R-SYS SLR with me.

It's clearly brand new, never been used.

The rim had shifted toward the non-freewheel side.
With R-SYS rear wheels specifically, the direction is reversed compared to standard, so the rim usually shifts this way.
Though I haven't actually written about it yet on this blog — the thing where on normal rear wheels the rim tends to shift toward the freewheel side.
