A customer brought in a Racing Zero for repairs.

Within 1km of being brand new, the rear derailleur got caught and
the spokes are badly scratched up.

Since it's "Italian three-cross lacing without the final cross,"
all the spokes on the non-drive side are damaged.

I asked whether to replace only the most dangerous spokes or
to replace any spoke with even minor damage.
The customer preferred the latter, so I'll replace any spoke with damage.
The area in the photo above is the worst section.

Replacement complete.

It was nearly a full wheel disassembly, but since the rim is brand new and
completely straight, the work went smoothly.

Out of 14 spokes on the drive side, I replaced 7 on the non-drive side and
2 more on the drive side with damage, for a total of 9 replacements.
I'd just restocked spokes recently, so it was fortunate to have inventory.
Whatever's coated on those spokes was applied by the customer.
