A customer brought in a Ksilium Elite S for repair.

There was a bent spoke near the hub area,
and it was causing wheel wobble as a result.
When they took it to the local shop where they bought it,
the shop went straight into ordering mode saying "Well, let me check the price and stock for just the rear wheel..."
But wait a minute—there's no option to actually repair it?,
so that's why they brought it to us.

↑This is it.

Replaced it.

↑They also asked if we could fill in the gouged rim side. Actually, I didn't have spokes in stock,
so I fixed this part first and did the spoke replacement on a later visit.
When they came back, it turned out the rim filler worked well,
and there's no noticeable difference in braking feel either.
The images show the state before filling.
