Built wheels with RR1.1 and Open Pro rims

Another day of wheel building (and so on).

Built the front wheel with a DT RR1.1 rim.

HB-6800 32H hub, Champion #15 plain spokes
Built in reverse radial pattern.
All parts except the nipples were brought in by the customer,
and the rim and hub are not new.

The spoke length was pre-calculated and brought in,
and the length matched perfectly.

The RR1.1 rim is the same as what later became the RR415.
There's also the RR1.2 (→here), which corresponds to the later RR585.

I had another RR1.1 on hand and was planning to build a front and rear wheel pair,
but this rim was so warped—visibly so even on a glass surface plate—
that I knew ahead of time it couldn't be reused, so

the rear rim became an Open Pro.
The label date isn't the latest, but it's brand new.

FH-6800 32H, #15 Champion, 4-cross lacing pattern with eyelets.
The spokes were prepared in 4-cross pattern for the RR1.1 length,
but the Open Pro requires about 4mm longer spokes, so

I cut the Open Pro drive-side 286mm spokes from the customer's RR1.1 non-drive-side 292mm spokes,
and prepared the Open Pro non-drive-side spokes at our shop.
There will be leftover 282mm bundles, which can be cut down
and used as spares for front wheel spokes.

For reasons I had in mind, I used brass nipples on the drive side
and aluminum on the non-drive side.
The front wheel uses all aluminum nipples.
