I did an overhaul on a PowerTap hub.

Today I worked on another PowerTap hub overhaul.
There's no particular plan to make this a series or anything.
The image above is after the work was done.


It came with a sprocket attached.


It's dirty, but the bearing rotation doesn't seem shot.


The magnet seal

As usual

gets wrapped with fresh, tight tape.



The bearings didn't need replacing.
After cleaning, greasing, and reassembly, I also trued the wheel.


I'd like to pretend I don't see that other PowerTap hub in the background.


I cleaned the sprocket too.
