A customer dropped off a rear wheel from a Euras (Dutch-style utility bicycle) with us.

They rode off with the wheel lock still engaged, which bent the spokes.

↑Here it is.
The spoke in the Yamaarashi direction is clearly bent, but

the inner spoke (in this case, opposite Yamaarashi direction) also has damage, and
when I felt it carefully while it still had tension on it,
it seemed to have a slight bend.
The obviously bent spoke definitely needed replacing, so
I set that aside for now and released the tension on the other one first.
Sure enough, it was bent enough to require replacement, and
since that's what the customer wanted anyway,

I replaced both.

The less-bent one looks fine aside from the damage marks, but

when you line it up next to a straight spoke,
you can see the deformation at the spoke neck.
