A customer brought in a Bora One rear wheel for me to work on.

As you can see

one spoke is broken.
Separately, there was some roughness in the hub rotation.
With a Racing Zero front hub, when a spoke breaks, the flange doesn't get pulled at that phase point, which can cause roughness in hub rotation. But with a mega high-low flange and steel spokes, the effect of a broken spoke doesn't extend to the hub, so I figured there must be an internal issue with the hub. When I took it apart:

It needed a complete overhaul and a bearing replacement on the outer side of the freebody.

Fixed.
The freebody is noticeably whiter than in the first image.

I replaced the spoke as well.
