I'm not building the wheel for Nomu Lab Wheel No. 5.


Evolite hub 24H, full competition four-cross lacing,
Freewheel side with black spokes and blue nipples,


Non-freewheel side with silver spokes and silver nipples


And this is how it looks.
Radial and lateral runout are dialed in perfectly.
It's at a normal sellable quality. But...



I shifted the rim toward the non-freewheel side.
I measured it and the distance from the left dropout to the center gauge was 11.5mm.


I loosened the non-freewheel side spokes until all their tension completely released,
and cut them.

Another wheel day (and so on).

I built the rear wheel for Nomu Lab Wheel No. 5.

with blue aluminum nipples.
I'll do the spoke wrapping later.



As you'd expect, I centered it dead on.
