I took in a rear wheel from a Bora One (high-performance carbon wheelset) from a customer.

They mentioned there was damage to a spoke.


↑One spoke on the non-drive side had damage.
Basically my policy is: if there's no wobble at this position, I don't replace it,
but if the customer wants it replaced, then I'll do it.
However, there was quite a bit of runout directly under this spoke,
and it's clear the spoke is bent, not just scratched.



Fixed it.

I barely touched anything other than the nipple directly under the replaced spoke
(just did minimal truing at a couple of spots).
