A customer left me Racing Zero's front wheel.

As you can see, multiple spokes are broken.

Some are just straight broken,

and for some reason, one looks like it's trying
to depart on a tangent.
The customer apparently had a vertical-rotation crash,
but they didn't get much injured.
It turned out the front fork was broken,
and the broken fork got tangled up in the front wheel.

It's fixed.

In the end, I replaced 5 spokes,
but there were some undamaged spokes in the midst
of the cascade of destruction.

↑Replaced spokes
In the image above, in order from the top:

1st spoke — the tangent-bound spoke

2nd spoke — it has damage on the side,

and also damage in the front-to-back direction,
with bending at each damaged spot.

3rd spoke — fractured.

4th spoke — it's bent,

but it looks more like something hard
slid across it rather than impact damage.

5th spoke — this one isn't bent at all,

but it has one deep gouge,

and it looked like it might snap soon,
so I replaced it.
>
Now, a separate case — another customer
also left me a Racing Zero front wheel.
To be precise, the first wheel was a 2WAY-FIT hub,
but this one has a regular WO rim.

I've already removed it from the flange,
and one spoke was bent.
I thought it was just this one,
but the adjacent spoke on the same side was also bent.

It's fixed.

Apparently the customer was riding slowly with a garbage bag
in one hand when they lost their balance
and fell over. I didn't ask for details,
but it was probably during morning trash day.
They hit a carbon handlebar hard in the crash,
and a little later noticed the handlebar moving
wobbly, realizing it was cracking
inside the bar tape.
