Another day, another wheel (and so on).
A customer dropped off the front and rear wheels from
Nomu Lab Wheel #5 for me to work on.
They'd had a crash, and while the rear wheel barely had any runout,
the front wheel had a serious wobble.
At the section where the runout was worst, the tread of the Veloflex tire
had peeled away from the carcass.
The rim is clearly bent, so I'm replacing it.
Evolite hub, 20H, CX-RAY inpoke radial laced
with blue aluminum nipples.
Rim in the middle of moving house...
Taking the opportunity to sneak in some truing work...
All laced up.
