This has nothing to do with it, but I got to thinking about something and looked it up later. Apparently there's a "Nobunaga Ramen" in Aichi Prefecture and a "Ramen Nobunaga" in Nagano Prefecture.

If these shops happened to serve tsukemen (dipping noodles), and you asked the staff "Can you do atsumori?" they might provide a service like a free "Atsumori smile" — reminiscent of McDonald's free smile — where they dance and chant "...Man's life is fifty years, compared to the eternal world it is like a dream, an illusion..." while serving your noodles.
