Another wheel day (and so on).

A customer left me the front and rear wheels from a ZIPP 454NSW.
They've got 7 pairs of wheels total including this one,
but this wheel is by far the one that "doesn't roll well,"
so they're asking for a rebuild.
Today I'm working on the front wheel.
I checked the spoke tension on both wheels,
and it wasn't like I'd drawn a particularly loose set.
The provisional center was off about a sheet of paper to the left side,
but even after correcting it with a tightening bias,
the wheel didn't transform dramatically.

Cognition V2 hub, 24-hole
All-black CX-RAY 64 reverse Italian laced.
The newly announced 353NSW and 454NSW have recently
had their hubs changed to the ZR1SL model.

Disassembled the wheel.
The nipple geometry is excellent, so I'm reusing them.

Built it up.

Black half CX Sprint 64 reverse Italian laced.
I'll do the spoke wrapping later.
