A customer left the rear wheel of a Nomulab Wheel No. 8
with us for service.

The rim has become deformed from repeated pinch flats during cyclocross racing,
and at this point even maintaining air pressure with sealant is iffy,
so we decided to replace the rim.
The fact that it's still usable even in this condition
is thanks to the disc brakes.

When I released the spoke tension,
I found one spoke that was deformed.
Since it's on the laced side,
I'll replace it along with the spoke at the final cross.

Moving the rim over...

All built up.
