A customer brought in a new original Bora WTO

60mm deep section model for inspection.
They wanted a full check. Let me start with the front wheel.

Found some center offset.

↑About this much
But there's basically no radial or lateral runout.
When there is lateral runout,
if you true the wheel in a direction that reduces
the center offset, usually
the center naturally corrects itself with a slightly tighter spoke tension,
so center offset without any lateral runout is
actually harder to fix than it seems.

Got the center sorted out.

Now for the rear wheel.

The center is spot-on and basically no runout at all.
