Built the front wheel for Nomu Lab Wheel No. 5

Wheels again today (and so on).

Continuing from yesterday.
I built the front wheel for Nomu Lab Wheel No. 5.

RIMG0180aamx16.jpg
R45 hub, 20H, CX-RAY reversed radial lacing with
rainbow (VAS) nipple arrangement.

The rear hub I received was used,
but the front hub was brand new.
The rear hub shell had
scratches where the spoke threads had gouged it.

The Chris King hub's flange holes are
small enough that a #13 (2.3mm) drill bit won't pass through,
and even the CX-RAY, which has a nominal diameter of 2.2mm,
is difficult to thread through because it doesn't simply drop through
under its own weight.

So when disassembling the wheel
and removing the spokes,
if you pull hard on a spoke
that doesn't come out smoothly,
the spoke thread edge can
gouge the hub shell,
and on a Chris King hub
this damage is particularly noticeable.
