This is a CatEye Uno headlight, and
here's what it weighs
with a single AA battery installed.
The VOLT6000 (also a discontinued model)
has a battery pack that wraps around the frame—
it's really quite heavy—but
the light unit itself isn't so bad.
I hung the wiring off the scale.
This is what the actual weight
hanging from the bike would be.
Not that I'd actually do this,
but I tried mounting it
on the mudguard bracket base.
"Hey, aren't you gonna paint this thing with a flower pattern?"
"You... you actually want me to paint it?!"
"Ha, just kidding."
I picked up a Megatron Weego and Votoms collaboration
plastic model kit ages ago, and
I'm dying to build the Kiriko from it,
