Built the front wheel for Nomu Lab Wheel #2

Another day with wheels (and so on).

The rim for Nomu Lab Wheel #2 arrived.

I built the front wheel right away.
For the rear wheel, our DT Competition stock is a bit low,
so I'm not building it today.
It's not that we're out, but
I want to keep enough in reserve for emergency wheel repairs.
We're getting about 700 spokes in tomorrow.
I thought 700 would be plenty since a 24H semi-comp only loses 12 spokes on the freewheel side,
but you never know when someone will show up needing 64 spokes for a full comp front and rear 32H setup,
so you can't be too careful.

It's reverse radial lacing.
We happened to get a Tni hub this time.
A replacement hub should be coming soon.

I received a Continental Competition tubular tire from a customer.
This tire has an abnormally small inner diameter, but only for the 19C version.
The 22C is relatively easy to mount (though still smaller than typical tubulars),
so I can get it on without using Stretcher Y.

Even with 19C there's variation between individual tires, and some can be mounted with effort,
but most are impossible.
There's a method I can't show customers
that might work, but the technique looks so unsightly I don't do it.

But today I happened to have Stretcher Y in use for something else.
Lately it seems like this tool gets used pretty frequently.

I'm wondering whether to make another one, or go with a four-unit setup instead.
