I received a Racing 1 from a customer for repair.

The customer had been carrying a shopping bag when it got caught in the front wheel, causing a wobble in the rim.
↑I do this occasionally myself, but it's really dangerous so I should stop.

This spoke is bent, but it doesn't appear to be bent side-to-side or due to spoke tension.
When I run my finger along it, there is some waviness though.

This is what it looks like when removed.
Fortunately, I had a spare spoke on hand, so that worked out.

The rear wheel also needed attention, but it wasn't rim truing—it was hub cleaning.
The customer said the rotation felt a bit sluggish,
but the bearings weren't worn enough to require replacement.

The ball races were different types on the left and right sides.
If it's a relatively recent product, I can't say definitively "silver color means CULT brand."
These days there are steel ball races in this color too.
This wasn't a manufacturer error.
According to the customer, the hub was overhauled by another shop (Silvest's Toyonaka location) about a year ago,
so these mixed races must have been installed then (I can't say what the intention was).
I replaced just this component.
(The ball races on the hub side were both the black type)
