I did a complete overhaul on a RockShox SID (suspension fork) from around 2004.

The stroke is smooth and buttery now. How long it'll stay that way is anybody's guess though.
I've been using a parts washing tub to catch the old oil from this fork, so now that tub's back in business.
Time to wash a ton of parts for other projects.
