What... what are these things...!?
Anyway, today it's wheels again (you know the drill).

A package scheduled for delivery on September 19th is already here at the shop as of September 18th.

I received WR hubs from a customer.
Both front and rear are 28-hole.

The flange holes on the front hub are positioned quite close to the inner diameter.
They must be concerned about the stress from radial spoke patterns.

The rims are Ambrosio Formula Chrono 20s.
Both of these are also 28-hole.

The sticker is the same as before, but

I've never seen the manufacturer logo laser-engraved
in a half-width character style like this before.

Got them built.

The front wheel is black CX-RAY with nu-spoke radial lacing.

For the rear wheel, 4x4 lacing wasn't possible, so it's 4x6 lacing.
The spokes are black half-competition.
The customer doesn't want spoke wrapping, but
over this past year we've become able to do black wrapping too, so
I'm thinking of suggesting it.

The reason I said "this past year" is because
that September 19th delivery date I mentioned earlier
was actually September 19th, 2013.

The nipples are gold aluminum nipples on both sides of the valve as the customer requested,
with black aluminum nipples for the rest.

There was a slight gap at the rim seam, but
when the spokes were tensioned, it closed right up.
All's well that ends well.
