A customer brought in a WH-RS21 for service.

Not that I only had a tire on the rear wheel.
I remove the tire temporarily to check the rim centering,
but I just happened to notice I forgot to take a photo of the rear wheel before putting the tire back on.
The customer purchased a truing stand and tried various things themselves,
but since they don't have a centering gauge, they want me to check the centering
and true it if necessary.
Chasing after runout that disappears like a mirage, amateurs often end up over-tightening and digging themselves into a hole,
but that wasn't the case here—the work was done properly.
Only the centering was slightly off.

Traditional Shimano wheel flat spokes have sharp edges and a cross-section shaped like a rugby ball or lemon,
so I selected a spoke wrench accordingly,
but these have a square cross-section,
and the spoke wrench grip on them is significantly improved.
