A customer brought in a wheel called the
Procella SL from a brand called Falco (Italian bicycle wheel manufacturer).

It's a wheel I'm seeing for the first time myself.

The lettering on the sticker looks like a knockoff of Campagnolo's style.
Bora, Gibli, Scirocco, Shamal—they're all named after winds, but
Procella also means "storm" in Latin,
so they've even copied the idea of naming wheels after wind.
As for this rim,

↑It's an Equinox

WH005.
(I suppose my readers would understand just from this detail, though I'm not sure whether to feel good or bad about that)

Looking at just the rim, it's kind of like a variant of a Nomu Lab Wheel 2.5, but
for a non-drive side radial spoke pattern, it's got decent tension.
Hmm, not even with straight gauge spokes, but they've done a pretty decent job.
As for the reason it was brought in—there was almost no runout or centering issues at all.
