A customer left a Ksyrium Elite with me for service.

With complete wheels, black spoke versions are pretty common, so
to avoid noise coming from adjacent wheel areas (※), the spokes are often laced without crossing.
But this particular model is a rare example where it's built with two crosses all the way to the final crossing.
(※) I think I just wanted to mention that.
Anyway, there was quite a bit of runout and the wheel was also off-center.
The centering issue was on the side that could be fixed by tightening on the non-driveside, so
it's weird to say it this way, but I was actually relieved it was off-center.
The front wheel had some serious issues, so I've got it in for service.
