We could have gone with the standard off-the-shelf front 20H and rear 24H,

but since the rider weighs 53kg, I spec'd the rear as 20H instead.

They wanted the red sidewall option, so I went with the New Corsair CX,
but when you squeeze the sidewall, it feels noticeably softer than the traditional Corsair CX.
According to folks who've actually used it, ride quality and cornering feel have improved,
but it seems the wear might be a bit faster too.
I skipped the proprietary red anodized aluminum valve.
The CORSAIR CX lettering is a bit simpler now.
Lately in European pro racing, 23C tubulars have become the standard,
and this Corsair CX comes in 21, 23, and 25C in all-black,
but the color models only come in 23C.
It's already looking like 23C is standard with 21C as an option.
Veloflex unified around 22C as well, but I think the TT-only Record might have been better
staying at 19C...
So will 23C become the standard for tubulars going forward?
