I built up a Mavic Cosmic Carbon 80 rim.

The spoke holes on the rim are evenly spaced, and since you don't need special spokes,
it's possible to build it as a hand-built wheel.

The Tni Evolution hub has low-resistance bearing rotation, and
for a standard hub it's got quite high flanges, making it really useful for hand-built wheels.

It says "20R" but I wonder what that means.
It seems like it must mean something.

can have raised stitching. There's a groove in the rim—
