Bora One

A customer dropped off a Bora One with me.

The hub rotation felt noticeably smooth to the touch, so
I was about to ask, "This has a CULT (Ceramic Ultra Light Technology) hub inside, right?"
but the customer beat me to it and told me it was already upgraded to CULT.
The front wheel had almost no issues,
but the rear wheel had severe centering issues and
a significant wobble in one spot that I corrected.

↑As usual, it loosened by hand.
The freewheel body's coasting sound has gotten
a bit noisier with use, apparently,
so I mentioned to the customer that this sound can be adjusted to some degree either way,
and they want it quieter.

Aside from that, I'm noticing some inconsistency
in the engagement feel of the freewheel body...

One of the pawl return springs was broken.
Only one out of the three was actually working,
so it was barely functional.

Of course I replaced it.
This part has the part number FH-RE114,
but currently it's sold as 5-FH-RE114
in sets of five.
At our shop we sell individual units so don't worry.
I'm not going to tell you to buy the remaining four (though apparently some shops actually do that).
Also, this is one of the parts we stock regularly at our shop.
