A customer dropped off a Ksyrium SL wheel for service.


They've been using it for about a year,
but it came in so perfectly centered and true
that I wondered if they'd just had it serviced elsewhere
and wanted a second opinion.
The bearings have no play, no signs of wear.
I've got nothing to write about—what a problem!
