A customer brought in the rear wheel from a first-generation C50.

The tubular tire is punctured, so
they're asking me to inspect everything while replacing it.
There was a slight wobble in the wheel, and the rim had shifted slightly on the freewheel side.

probably wasn't misaligned from the start.

My original tools have worn down from heavy use, sure, but
