I said I'd write more later, but I managed to build it today so here's the continuation.

The rear wheel is built too.
Usually I'm the type to say things like "everyone and their dog is running CX-RAY, what's the deal with that"
but I built the whole thing with CX-RAY spokes.
With 32 holes, there's no avoiding it if you want that "light in hand" feel.

It's 46-spoke Italian lacing.
The 32-hole maximum tangent build would be 8-cross, so 48-spoke would have been possible too,
but I had my reasons for going with 46-spoke.
Between the non-drive side radial lacing—that's 40-spoke—and 48-spoke,
of course the 40-spoke with shorter spokes would be lighter,
but when I calculated the weight difference between the non-drive side 16 holes radial versus 8-cross
it came out to just 5.61 grams,
so 48-spoke isn't really at a disadvantage weight-wise.
I chose 46-spoke for other reasons.

Just to recap. In the earlier image, the spoke nipplesare pointing porcupine-style on both sides.
With Italian lacing it's right-drop lacing, as you can see. Pay attention to that.

Built at 775 grams! That's pretty light, wouldn't you say.
If I were to use that way of talking I don't particularly like about "front and rear combined ○○○○ grams"
it comes to front and rear 1380 grams.
The price is front wheel 21,000 yen, rear wheel 28,000 yen.
This spec has been decided for Nomu Lab Wheel #5!
That's all from me.
Yep. That's all from me.

Hey, wait a minute!
Don't go making blatant comparisons using methods that won't show up in web searches!
And don't say unnecessary stuff!
You're gonna get deleted again, man.
