Racing Zero Night

I received a Racing Zero Night (high-performance wheel) from a customer.

The rear wheel had enough centering offset that I could explain to the customer "this is what center runout looks like," but otherwise there were no issues.
Fulcrum went through a period where they used really strong threadlocker, and the nipples wouldn't budge at all—if you forced them, the spoke's butted section would sometimes snap cleanly from twisting. But recently they haven't been using that kind of heavy-duty stuff.
In fact, some come with barely anything on them at all, which presents its own set of problems.

The Racing Zero Carbon I disassembled the other day also had spokes that, once I loosened them about halfway around the wheel, would let me free the nipples by hand after that.

This Night's nipples rotated smoothly too, so adjustment was easy. But I do think they could apply a bit more threadlocker.
Though I'll say, if the alternative is getting hit with that aggressive stuff that creates a rock-solid permanent bond, this is definitely better.
