A customer dropped off their Bora One (high-end Italian wheel) with me.

Since it's an older model Bola with internal nipples,
truing work requires pulling the tire off,
and both wheels had some runout that was hard to ignore,
so I went ahead and removed the tires.
They were glued on with rim cement, but since they'd been sitting that way for over a year,
it actually worked out well that I could re-glue them.
The customer said they only use this wheel for important races, not as an everyday set,
and the tread wear was significant enough that it made sense to do a tire rotation.
After consulting with the customer, I swapped the front and rear tires.
The rim cement drying time takes longer than the actual wheel truing work.
