A customer brought in a Racing 3 for service.

Apparently the front wheel has pretty bad runout.
The rear wheel was perfectly centered with only minor lateral deviation.
The hub seemed fine, so I left it alone.
The front wheel's hub felt like it wasn't getting good grease, so
I just did a grease-up without cleaning.
There was about a sheet-of-paper's worth of center offset,
but since there's some lateral runout, it's a provisional centering I can't fully trust.
(If I adjust the phase, there might be sections that would be judged as properly centered)

↑You can see on this part of the front rim
the bead hook arc is slightly flattened.
There's a faint dent, so the brake zone dirt looks different from the rest of the rim.

↑The bead hook is bent just slightly.
I wouldn't call it perfect, but I managed to straighten it out a bit.
I actually had them install the tire and took it for a short test ride,
and it barely showed up in the brake feel, so I think it's fine.
