Built the rear wheel to match the front wheel I put together the other day.
The CX75 hub only comes in a 28-hole configuration, so this one is 28-hole as well.
Half-comp four-cross lacing with cross-threading.
This rear wheel came out with such minimal side-to-side variation that I didn't think cross-threading was necessary,
but I did it at the customer's request.
