Swapped the Rolf Prima Vigor to silver spokes (rear wheel, part 1)

Another day with wheels (and so on).

A customer dropped off a blue Vigor rim with me.
It's been ridden a little bit, but it's basically brand new.

↑They want me to rebuild this wheel with silver spokes instead of these black ones.
I previously wrote that the main reason for the creaking on the non-freehub side of Rolf wheels is the black spokes,
and the very next day they brought this in.
Though to be fair, this particular wheel isn't actually making any noise right now.
The reason is just that silver spokes look better with the blue rim, apparently.

The nipples are Pillar (Piara) brand, I believe,
and they use thoughtfully-designed aluminum nipples with a nice shape.

This wheel really gave me a hard time.
Just disassembling and dry-building it took longer than building a complete normal wheel.
But it's educational stuff.

Got it built.

They said semi-comp is fine, so semi-comp it is.
The freehub side is fully radial, 2-cross, and the non-freehub side is fully tangential, 2-cross—same as before the rebuild.

Today I was planning to build both wheels, front and rear,
but I was too busy and could only get the rear wheel done.

By the way, Rolf wheels use fewer spokes with higher tension
(with fewer spokes you're forced to run higher tension)
so they shouldn't be able to use super light rims,
and sure enough, this one isn't a lightweight rim.
I was thinking it'd be around 500 grams, but
the actual weight contains some inconvenient truths, so
I can't write the actual measurement here.
Seriously, I just can't write it.
