I received a Cosmic Carbon (a wheel set) from a customer.

I forgot to take a photo of the rear wheel in full, but I have both front and rear wheels.
Since I'm not the original owner of this wheel,
I can't say for certain, but the estimated mileage is several thousand kilometers.
The front wheel was perfectly centered with virtually no wobble.

The rear wheel was off by about this much.
It's shifted toward the non-freewheel side, so it's not the side that moves when riding.
So this is the original problem. The wobble was minimal, but
I didn't want to loosen the non-freewheel side,
so I did my best to tighten up the freewheel side.
(It's strung tight, so even a small adjustment is difficult)

When spinning the freewheel body, I felt like it was grinding sand,
so I took it apart and cleaned it.

It doesn't look that dirty at first glance, but

when you tilt the cage slightly, it looks like this

before

after
