A customer brought in a Kishirium (high-end road bike wheelset) for service.

If you bought it from a decent shop,
it should have been inspected before sale,
so it shouldn't end up in my workshop
(unless it's for a second opinion, that is).
Whether it was sold in a physical store or through overseas mail order
doesn't matter to me.
I think I heard something like "just pulled it out of the box,"
but I'm not going to worry about it.
Both wheels had a slight centering offset,
but since I can take care of that while truing anyway, it actually saved me some work.
If they'd been perfectly centered before I touched them,
there's a high chance they'd be off-center after truing.
