Another day with wheels (and so on).

A customer brought in the rear wheel of an EC90 Aero.

The bearings in the R4SL hub were shot,
and since the rotation was gritty and rough, rather than just replacing the bearings,
the customer wanted a complete hub replacement.

I noticed while taking it apart that
the spokes on the freewheel side had scuff marks from a chain drop.

Got it built up.

Evo-Lite hub, 20H, black half-radial lacing.
I'm not sure if this rear wheel had been retightened before,
but it was already incredibly tight,
so I was confident I'd exceeded the original tension (aside from the lacing pattern)
only realizing this near the very end of the rebuild.
