I received an R-SYS from a customer.

Both front and rear wheels have centering issues,
and I found lateral sliding marks on the spoke tension ring on the loose side of the front wheel.

↑Tight side

↑Loose side
However, since the overall tension was slack, lateral sliding is occurring even on the tight side.
I replaced the spoke tension ring on the loose side.

Quite a bit of swarf came out from the rim.

The hub bearing on the non-drive side of the rear wheel was rusted,
so I replaced it with a non-contact type bearing of the same size.
The drive side showed no problems.
