When customers bring in only one wheel from the front and rear,
it's usually because there's a clear problem or something obviously wrong with it.
It's not like "I'm not sure if something's wrong, so just take a look anyway."

There's a mark on one of the spokes that looks like a dent, but

when you run your hand over it, you can feel that it's bent.

I replaced it. Looking at the removed spoke
from the front and back rather than side to side,

I don't know where they went or what they were told before

but they were incredibly grateful just for replacing one spoke.
