I received a Cosmic Carbon 40 Elite from a customer.

Within the product lineup, there's a tendency to add grade designations after the name
like "Elite" or "SL",
but in this case there are two types: "Tubular" and "Elite",
with Elite using a WO rim.
Of course, the word "Elite" itself doesn't mean WO.
It's brand new and unused, with virtually no lateral runout.
It's the kind of amount where you can only detect it on a truing stand—
impossible to feel any runout through brake feel alone.
Despite being able to chase down the runout that precisely, both front and rear wheels
have their wheel center offset by nearly 2mm.
Maybe Mavic's factory doesn't have a centering gauge.
