A customer dropped off a Racing Zero Carbon (high-end carbon wheelset) with me.
It was brand new and unused, with the tags still hanging from the hub and
the warning stickers still on the spokes.
Both the front and rear wheels were perfectly centered with virtually no wobble.
The front wheel especially barely needed any work—I only adjusted the nipples in two spots.
Hardly had to do anything at all.
