Bora One 50 Tubular Dark Label (New Shaft Major Failure)

A customer dropped off the front wheel from a Bora One.

The right end of the shaft on the newly upgraded small-diameter bearing hub
became a separate piece from the shaft itself, which came loose first and caused quite the mess—
the usual problem.

This loosened before the left end bolt could, and
while futzing around with it,

the threads got stripped.
The right end bolt I removed no longer catches on it.

The USB marking reads correctly on the cone adjuster mechanism (left side in appearance),
which bugs me, so I'll reverse it while I'm swapping out the shaft.
The tire mounted doesn't have a directional tread pattern,
but I'm peeling it off anyway for other reasons, so no problem there.

As I always mention, for the common trouble Top 20 list (by our shop's count),
I keep the necessary spare parts in stock.
Unfortunately, this "new shaft"
ranks on the list despite being a recent part.
On Shamal Ultra / Racing Zero (*) and Bora One,
they look like the same part but are subtly different.

※ They're written as if they're compatible, but officially they're not.

On Bora One, the spoke head isn't "hooked" but "threaded through,"
so to provide space for the spoke to pass through,
the hub's cone adjuster is positioned slightly inward.

The thread length on the left end side is different too.

Fixed.
While I was at it, I also greased up the inside of the hub.

I peeled off the tire because I wanted to use the better centering gauge,
and it was perfectly centered with almost no runout.
