Another day with wheels (and so on).

A customer brought in a front wheel built with a Mavic Reflex tubular rim.

One spoke is missing, but it looks like it broke at the hub flange and was cut short because the broken spoke was rattling annoyingly as the wheel rotated. The spoke didn't snap at this location—it was intentionally shortened.
If we were just fixing this, I could have done it in under 10 minutes right there when they brought it in, but since they wanted the wheel completely rebuilt, I took it on as a job.

HB-7900 hub, 32 holes, four-four Italian cross pattern. The spokes are unmarked stainless steel with no magnetic properties at all.

Rebuilt it.

I used all Campagnolo spokes in a radial lacing pattern. The radial lacing was the customer's request. The rim had some minor deformation from buckling in one spot, but I was able to correct it.
