I received a Fulcrum Euralus wheel from a customer.

Currently, Fulcrum doesn't have a Racing 1 model anymore.
This is because it became difficult to differentiate it from the Racing Zero.
The current Euralus shares the rim with the Shamal Ultra—
the only real difference is whether the hub bearings use USB or ball bearings.
This one has ball bearings, but
they're extremely well-worn in and spin much smoother than a new CULT hub.
This feel requires the ball races to have worn slightly,
so you can't achieve it just by adjusting the preload.
As for inspection,
aside from a bit of play in the rear hub, it only needed a light truing.
